A little bit of history:

Founded in 2003 by Claire Lee, Spice'n'Easy was formed following extensive research carried out whilst living in Penang, Malaysia. Using a mix of traditional and new recipes, the aim has always been to reproduce the flavours of the east using where ever possible using locally grown seasonal produce.
