About Spice'n'Easy

A little bit of history:

Founded in 2003 by owner and head pickle-er, Claire, Spice'n'Easy was formed following extensive research carried out whilst living in Penang, Malaysia. Using a mix of traditional recipes and new, the aim has always been to reproduce the flavours of the east whilst where ever possible using locally grown organic produce.
