"SPICE ‘N’ EASY foods are a unique range of home made spicy foods, prepared, cooked and even packaged by hand. Everything is easy to use and adds, flavour to your chosen dishes.

Many of the recipes and ideas have been collected during the time I spent living and travelling in Malaysia and Thailand and have become firm favourites a with family and friends. Now I put the ingredients together at home in the New Forest but I hope that I retain an authenticity from my first hand experience. "
